Our Team - New Zealand

Originally from the UK Neil has called New Zealand home now for 10 years. He is married with 2 grown up boys and lives on the Whangaparaoa peninsula, north of Auckland.

Neil is qualified as a Chartered Accountant both in New Zealand and UK and has held many roles over his career as Financial Controller/ Head of Finance across numerous business sectors.

Outside of work he can often be found on a Stand Up paddleboard, working on Environmental projects in the local community, or cooking.

Morgan joins the sKids team with over 10 years' experience leading large multi-disciplined teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. With a background in performance marketing, data analysis, and client services, he aims to bring a broad perspective to all aspects of his role, influencing positive change for the team and the children and families they support.

An Aucklander born and raised, Morgan also spent time living in the South Island where he developed a true appreciation for the unique landscapes of New Zealand. Today, he still enjoys getting back to nature whenever possible, camping and hiking with his family and two dogs.

Ally is a people person who is able to engage quickly and easily with people at all levels. Being values driven, she has spent her HR career in Healthcare, Children’s not-for-profit, and Local Government, driving strategic business outcomes through people. South African born, Ally made NZ her home 20 years ago after living in London for a decade. She loves working in HR and finds it interesting and rewarding as no two days are the same!

Outside of work, Ally spends time with friends and her two teen daughters (who are more interested in their friends and phones these days), and a Whippet pup called Ziggy who helps her explore the beaches and local bush walks around Auckland.

As a child she loved singing and performing and although she didn’t make a career of it, she is still very outgoing and enjoys going to gigs and getting onto the dancefloor whenever she can.
