New Process for Communicating with Staff Records and Ops Support

Our team has now implemented a ticket-based system for handling staff updates, including qualification changes, Staff Records and Ops Support queries. Please note that the old method of emailing Staff Records and Ops Support will no longer work and result in an automated response.

JAG Employee Portal - Staff Records and Ops Support

Discover our new system that improves efficiency and enhances response times from our team, ensuring that your queries are addressed more promptly. Staff simply need to log a ticket for assistance.

How do I use the portal?

1) Head to jagwebapp.azurewebsites.net

2) Login using the Personal Email Address given to JAG and your Employee Code.

3) If you are uncertain what these details are please contact your service for clarification. 

4) In the first dropdown, select the question you need assistance with, the document you wish to update, or choose 'Other' if your inquiry isn’t listed.

5) Based on your selection, provide the requested information and click 'Submit'.

6) That’s it! The team will review and will touch back once processed.
